How Do You Get Started?

Getting started doesn’t mean committing to anything right away. It simply means starting a conversation and figuring out what makes sense for you.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just thinking about it, the first step is easy - and pressure-free.

Step 1: Reach Out

Text, call, or send a message - whatever feels most comfortable for you.

This isn’t a sales call. It’s a conversation. You can ask questions, share your ideas, or just talk through what you’re thinking.

Step 2: Talk About Your Situation

Everyone’s situation is different, so this part is all about you.

We’ll chat about things like:

  • What you’re hoping to do

  • Your general timeline

  • What’s important to you

  • Any questions or concerns you have

No expectations, no rushing - just clarity.

Step 3: Make a Simple Plan

From there, we figure out next steps - and they’re always tailored to you.

That might look like:

  • Setting you up on a home search

  • Talking about preparing your home for sale

  • Connecting you with trusted local professionals

  • Or deciding that now isn’t the right time (and that’s okay too)

Step 4: Move Forward at Your Pace

There’s no pressure to move faster than you’re comfortable with.

Some people are ready right away. Others take weeks or months. My role is to support you whenever the timing feels right.

What You Don’t Need to Have Figured Out

You don’t need:

  • A perfect plan

  • A firm timeline

  • A pre-approval already in place

  • All the answers

You just need a starting point.

My Approach

I believe real estate works best when it feels:

  • Clear

  • Calm

  • Well-communicated

  • Supported from start to finish

Getting started should feel easy - not overwhelming.

Ready When You Are

If buying or selling is on your mind, even quietly, that’s a good enough reason to reach out. We’ll take it one step at a time and figure out what works best for you.
